America's Failing Prison System

I would very much like to hear from you regarding the very perplexing problems within our Prison System. After reading my booklet on the present system we have, if you think education is an obtainable objective, please let me know. If you think it is NOT the answer, I would welcome your comments and points of view also. WE HAVE TO FIX IT!
