Simply include one of them in the envelope with every piece of mail you're already sending out. IT COULDN'T BE EASIER! The membership forms and ads will have your personal ID number on them identifying you as the sponsor so you'll get the credit when anyone joins our club. For every 2 people that join our club from the forms or ads that you've distributed, you'll receive a FREE $20.00 Gift Card of your choice from one of 15 different merchants.
